- End Date: August 14, 2026
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shifts: Day shifts, 4x10-hour (7:00am – 5:30pm); other possible shifts include 3x12-hour (7:00am – 7:00pm), 7:00am – 3:00pm, or 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Hours per Week: 40
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 – $1,970 (competitive travel nurse pay)
- Minimum of 18 months recent Operating Room RN experience in perioperative or surgical settings
- Active and permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of submission
- Current AHA ACLS and BLS certifications (must be active, no pending)
- One supervisory reference required (manager, ANM, supervisor, or director) in the specialty
- Scrub experience preferred — demonstrated competency in circulating and/or scrub roles
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
- Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation
- Circulate and assist in a variety of surgical procedures as an OR RN
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control and perioperative safety protocols
- Prepare, manage, and account for surgical instruments and equipment
- Monitor patient status and provide compassionate perioperative care throughout the pre-, intra-, and post-operative process
- Document all aspects of patient care accurately and in a timely manner according to hospital and regulatory standards
