Electrical Technician

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automated manufacturing equipment and control systems.
- Program, modify, and maintain Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLCs.
- Maintain and troubleshoot HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial networks.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and technical manuals.
- Install, test, and commission new automation equipment and control systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical and control systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits, motors, relays, contactors, and control panels.
- Safely work on and around electrical systems operating at voltages up to 480 VAC.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirements.
