Power BI - Visualization & Reporting Analyst

Job Description

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate reporting and visualization requirements into scalable Power BI solutions.
• Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Modelers, and Developers to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Connect to multiple data sources, ensure reliable data flow, and perform data extraction as needed.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to understand underlying datasets and ensure accuracy.
• Perform data modeling and transformation to support reporting and visualization needs.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions in an Agile delivery environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connectivity, modeling, and visualization performance.
• Maintain documentation including design specifications, solution architecture, and technical details.
• Support operational activities such as scheduling, monitoring, maintenance, and change management.
• Ensure adherence to governance, data security, and compliance standards.
• Provide end-user training and support where required.
• Contribute to Power BI / Power Platform Centers of Excellence (COE) to drive adoption and best practices.

• Strong experience in Power BI (analysis, visualization, and reporting).
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience in data modeling, data profiling, and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to interpret business needs and focus on insights (not just report building).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability.

• Accounting, finance, or industry domain experience preferred.
• Exposure to enterprise data environments and governance practices.
• Experience in fast-paced, dynamic delivery environments.
