Job Description

Lead Walmart/Sam's Club projects (ground-up and remodels)
Manage site operations, schedules, subcontractors, and safety compliance
Work night shifts as required by project schedules
Travel across NC, SC, and TN on 3-month project rotations
Report into the Senior Superintendent (Remodel Division)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Retail should have:

Proven experience on Walmart or Sam's Club projects
Experience in retail construction (ground-up or remodels)
Open to frequent regional travel and night shift work
Based in NC, SC, or GA
Walmart certification highly preferred

What's on Offer

$95,000 - $110,000 base salary + 10% bonus

$40/day per diem
$165/week truck allowance
401k with 4% match
2 weeks PTO (flexible) + 5 sick days + 8 holidays
