Job Description- Oversee field operations for hotel construction projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
- Coordinate with project management and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Hospitality (Steel) should have:
- Proven expertise in managing hospitality construction projects, particularly those involving steel structures.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on hotel projects
- Strong background in steel-frame construction (5+ stories)
- Ability to lead projects independently
- Competitive salary ranging from USD $85.000 to $110.000 annually.
