Job Description

Oversee field operations for hotel construction projects
Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
Coordinate with project management and stakeholders
Ensure quality and timely project delivery
Open to southeast travel

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Hospitality (Steel) should have:

Proven expertise in managing hospitality construction projects, particularly those involving steel structures.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proven experience as a Superintendent on hotel projects
Strong background in steel-frame construction (5+ stories)
Ability to lead projects independently
