Job Description- Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site
- Organize and direct subcontractors and construction resources
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and legal requirements
- Check construction work for quality and alignment with plans
- Address on-site challenges to keep the project on track

The Successful Applicant- Brings extensive experience managing large commercial construction projects over $50M USD
- Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to manage diverse on-site teams effectively
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations
- Skilled at maintaining project timelines and resolving complex on-site challenges efficiently
- 5-8+ years of commercial GC experience
- Attractive compensation (110k-140k)
