Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle AP Processing: Review, code, and enter a high volume of vendor invoices (PO and non-PO) with high accuracy.
• Three-Way Matching: Perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receiving reports, and invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries, reconciling monthly statements and resolving billing disputes.
• Disbursements: Assist in the preparation of weekly check runs, ACH transfers, and wire payments.
• Compliance: Maintain W-9 records and assist in the preparation of annual 1099 filings.
• Month-End Support: Post accruals and provide supporting documentation for the month-end closing process.
• Expense Reports: Audit and process employee expense reports in accordance with company travel and entertainment policies.
• Required Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years of dedicated Accounts Payable experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) or enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excel Proficiency: Ability to perform VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is highly preferred.
