We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to act as an "AP Champion" for our North American Shared Services team. You won’t just be entering data—you’ll be driving efficiency. You’ll have the autonomy to manage electronic transactions for our US, Canada, and Manufacturing sectors.- Own the Process: Manage 3-way matching and high-volume invoice processing (75–100/day) using SAP FUSION.
- Be a Problem Solver: Collaborate with vendors and buyers to resolve blocked invoices and reconcile complex statements.
- Innovate: Think "outside the box" to improve our shared services workflows and support special business projects.
- Lead Compliance: Ensure every payment meets our high standards for policy and procedural accuracy.
- Experience: 2–4 years in AP (Consumer Products background is a plus!).
- Tech Savvy: Deep experience with SAP and document imaging (like Readsoft).
- Excel Pro: You’re a master of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
- Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Drive: The ability to handle high volumes and the flexibility to work overtime during monthly closing cycles.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Precision Processing: Execute electronic 3-way matching for USA, Canada, and manufacturing plants using SAP FUSION and Wise.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with vendors and buyers to resolve parked/blocked invoices and reconcile complex statements.
- Process Innovation: Identify "outside the box" solutions to improve workflow efficiency and support special business projects.
- Compliance Leadership: Ensure all payments strictly adhere to approved corporate policies and internal controls.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Accounts Payable; experience in Consumer Products preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP (highly preferred) and ReadSoft.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables is required.
- High Volume: Proven ability to process 75–100 invoices daily.
- Education: High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work overtime during peak demand and monthly closing cycles.
