3YRS experience required; will accept first-time travelers with proven background of 3 years in cardiac Cath lab
Start Date: 05/18/26Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift/Hours: 4x10 Days (07:00-17:30) w/ 1 scheduled late shift per week to accommodate cases that run over (shift 10:00-20:30)
License/certs required: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, CPI (on-site during orientation); NIH preferred
Avg. Daily Census: 7-14 cases
Cath Lab Rooms: 2
Patient Diagnoses: Acute Coronary Syndrome, CHF, STEMI/NSTEMI, AFIB, Bradycardia
Procedures: Percutaneous Coronary Intervention, Pacemaker, Loop monitors, TEE, Cardioversions
Equipment: Balloon Pump, IVUS
Scrubs: Royal blue
On-call: Must be within 30 minute arrival time from the facility when scheduled an on-call shift; scheduled on-call shifts run from 1730-0700 Monday-Friday; and 0700-0700 (24hr) on the weekends/holidays; approximately 10-13 call shifts/month
Weekends: required depending on the needs of the department/on-call scheduleHolidays: required as they fall, as scheduled
Floating: floating to pre-op/PACU within unit/specialty as needed
Years of Experience: 3 year(s)License/certs required: RN MD state license, BLS, ACLS, CPI (on-site during orientation); NIH preferred
