• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
• Maintain and improve internal financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Support audits by preparing required documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with financial standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Staff Accountant should have:

• A background in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles.
• MBA, CPA, or CMA highly desired
• Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing industry practices is a plus.
