Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the timely and efficient flow of food orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items and their preparation methods.
• Adhere to portion control and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Assist in cleaning and organizing food storage and kitchen areas.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Participate in food and kitchen safety training sessions.
• Assist with inventory management and report any shortages or unusual activity to the kitchen management team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and culinary practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
