Site Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Site Service Specialist to join our team in Oaks, PA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is looking to build a career in document management and logistics.

You will initially focus on mastering our Mail Services operations. Once proficiency is achieved, you will be cross-trained in Print Services, allowing for professional growth and a diverse skill set.

Responsibilities

• Distribution: Execute full-scale mail services, including scheduled mail runs to designated floors.
• Shipping & Receiving: Efficiently process all inbound and outbound packages and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Data Tracking: Log and track all mail activity to ensure accurate data for corporate reporting.

• Print Operations: Review electronic files for print readiness and operate high-volume digital printing equipment.
• Finishing Services: Perform professional document finishing, including binding, punching, assembling, and laminating.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous pre-delivery checks to ensure all products meet professional standards.

• Maintenance: Perform routine upkeep and basic maintenance on office hardware to minimize downtime.
• Inventory: Manage supply orders and coordinate service calls for corporate fax machines and office equipment.
