Job Description- Supervise daily on‑site construction activities and ensure subcontractor work meets quality standards.
- Coordinate field operations across all trades to maintain schedule, budget, safety compliance, and adherence to contract documents.
- Communicate project updates to leadership and participate in weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.
- Enforce site safety protocols, monitor manpower, and complete daily reports.
- Support quality control, field documentation, and creation of look‑ahead schedules.
- Track deliveries and verify that materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved submittals and project specifications.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Lead Superintendent should have:
- 8+ years of construction experience (non negotiable).
- Experience in large ground up projects
- Knowledge of scheduling, estimating, and cost principles.
- Basic knowledge of project management Software
- A mature professional with excellent judgment.
- A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and intuitive interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines, and keen attention to detail
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $115,000 USD.
