Job Description- Supervise day-to-day production activities within the foods department
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to meet output, quality, and safety targets
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and allergen controls)
- Monitor production schedules, yields, and downtime; drive continuous improvement
- Liaise with QA, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Ensure accurate production records and reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment at all times

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor within food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of cooked food processes (stir-fry or similar preferred)
- Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Confident people leader with excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Flexible to work shifts as required
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 USD.
