A well-established and highly respected general contractor in Miami is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on a large-scale mixed-use development in South Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable builder with a strong backlog of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects throughout the region.

• Manage day-to-day field operations from startup through project completion.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and daily site inspections.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, and turnover activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field logs.
• Foster strong relationships with ownership teams, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven experience delivering mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
• Ability to lead multiple trades and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience in the Miami market

• Permanent Superintendent position.
• Salary of $162,000 to $198,000.
• PTO.
