A premier luxury residential builder is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes throughout Miami. This is an opportunity to join a well-established company known for delivering exceptional craftsmanship, personalized client service, and some of the region's most distinctive residential projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom home construction and a passion for quality, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.

• Manage all on-site construction activities for custom luxury residential projects.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure quality and productivity goals are achieved.
• Coordinate project schedules and sequencing to meet construction milestones.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the highest standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and jobsite cleanliness.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, interior designers, and homeowners throughout construction.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project timelines.
• Manage inspections, punch lists, and final project completion activities.
• Track and document project progress, changes, and site conditions.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience through professional communication and attention to detail.

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in custom home, luxury residential, or high-end residential construction.
• Proven ability to manage ground-up custom homes valued from $2M+ to $20M+.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating with architects, designers, and discerning homeowners.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience throughout the Miami market

• Permanent position.
• Salary range of $144,000 to $176,000.
• PTO.
