Bilingual Recruiter
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for remoted Bilingual Recruiter opportunities.
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Finance and Insurance Recruiter include but are not limited to:
- Conduct high-volume resume screening and phone interviews to assess candidate fit across operations roles
- Support full-cycle recruiting activities including intake, scheduling, and offer support as needed
- Manage 10+ interviews per day and coordinate hiring for ongoing classes in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate activity, maintain data accuracy, and report on pipeline progress
Candidates for the Bilingual Finance and Insurance Recruiter must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume screening
- Experience recruiting for operations roles (manufacturing, supply chain, insurance, or financial services)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and high interview volume simultaneously
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong stakeholder communication skills
- Pay: $30.00/hour
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (must work EST hours)

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
