Travel RN Case Manager in Brooksville, FL | 13-week acute care assignment | Active RN license and 1+ year case management experience required.
Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,604 – $1,782
- Location: Brooksville, FL 34613 (Nature Coast, near Tampa & Orlando)
- Role: Registered Nurse (RN) – Case Management / Case Manager
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital (350 beds)
- Assignment Length: 13-week travel assignment
- Shifts: 8-hour days, 5 shifts/week (40 hours/week)
- Start Date: May 4, 2026

Required Qualifications / RN Case Manager Skills- Active RN license (Florida or compact state) — must be eligible to work in FL
- Minimum 1 year of acute care case management or utilization management experience
- Experience with Meditech and Midas EMR systems preferred (electronic medical record documentation)
- Previous HCA facility experience is a plus
- BLS required; additional certifications a plus
- Strong communication, organization, critical thinking, and care coordination skills
- Coordinate patient care and discharge planning in a fast-paced acute care hospital as an RN case manager
- Collaborate with internal case managers, social workers, physicians, and SNF coordinators to ensure safe transitions of care
- Manage an assigned caseload (approx. 25:1) and prioritize high-acuity patients
- Document care coordination, utilization review, and discharge plans using Meditech and Midas
- Advocate for patients and families to secure community resources, durable medical equipment, and post-acute services
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
