Our client is a mid-sized GC specializing in ground up dealership projects They are known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a professional and results-driven work environment.

Job Description
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor job sites to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
  • Review project plans and specifications, identifying potential challenges and solutions.
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring high-quality work standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout all phases of the project.
