Our client is a mid-sized GC specializing in ground up dealership projects They are known for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a professional and results-driven work environment.

Job Description

Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor job sites to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Review project plans and specifications, identifying potential challenges and solutions.
Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring high-quality work standards.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any issues promptly.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout all phases of the project.
