Job Description

Own project planning, schedule management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
Lead stakeholder coordination (owners, design team, subs, internal teams)
Manage change orders, risk items, procurement tracking, and reporting
Maintain safety and quality standards and drive a high-performing project team

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, ideally with a general contractor
Strong understanding of project delivery from preconstruction through close‑out, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors in a client‑facing environment
Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Solid grasp of change management, contract administration, and risk mitigation
A proactive leader who can drive accountability, support field teams, and resolve issues efficiently
Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and represent the project professionally
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with high expectations for quality and execution
