Job Description- Own project planning, schedule management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls
- Lead stakeholder coordination (owners, design team, subs, internal teams)
- Manage change orders, risk items, procurement tracking, and reporting
- Maintain safety and quality standards and drive a high-performing project team

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction, ideally with a general contractor
- Strong understanding of project delivery from preconstruction through close‑out, including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors in a client‑facing environment
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid grasp of change management, contract administration, and risk mitigation
- A proactive leader who can drive accountability, support field teams, and resolve issues efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead meetings and represent the project professionally
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with high expectations for quality and execution
- Competitive base salary of $100,000-$135,000, commensurate with experience
