About Our Client

Our client is a respected general contractor with a growing presence across Middle Tennessee. Our client delivers high‑quality commercial projects and is known for its commitment to client relationships, craftsmanship, and strong team culture.

Due to sustained growth, they are seeking a talented Project Manager to join their Nashville office

Job Description
  • Manage full project lifecycle across municipal, retail, hospitality, education, and office‑based construction.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and reporting.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, RFI/CO processes, and progress meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Support preconstruction activities when needed (estimating, buyout, planning).

The Successful Applicant
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects within the sectors listed.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor management.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple stakeholders and deliver complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with construction management software is preferred.
