Job Opportunity – Inpatient Pharmacist – Lubbock, TX 79410
Start Date: June 8, 2026Location: Lubbock, Texas
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off block schedule, night shift (20:00 - 06:30). Transition to day shift anticipated July/August 2026 through January 2027. Every other weekend required. Assignment duration: 26 weeks.

Requirements:
- Active Texas pharmacy license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- PharmD and RPh credentials required
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of hospital pharmacy experience required
- Pediatric exposure or experience strongly required; retail-only pharmacy experience does not meet facility requirements
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- Proficiency with sterile compounding, IV medications, pediatric dosing, and high-alert medications
- Two professional references covering the past year
- Ability to commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays during assignment period
