• Communicate with daytime staff to ensure a seamless transition between shifts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Assist with training and supporting new team members as needed.

• Previous experience in an operations or supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with using standard office software and equipment.

• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform duties that may include standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
