Job Description
  • Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for K-12 ground-up builds
  • Manage projects with values of $20M and above
  • Lead field operations including concrete, masonry, and structural scopes
  • Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
  • Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and progress tracking
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track
  • Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
  • Participate in client meetings, inspections, and project reporting

The Successful Applicant
  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or K-12 construction
  • Proven success delivering ground-up projects $20M+
  • Strong expertise in masonry and concrete construction
  • In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and scheduling
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera)
  • Ability to work full-time on-site
