Job Description

Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for K-12 ground-up builds
Manage projects with values of $20M and above
Lead field operations including concrete, masonry, and structural scopes
Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
Conduct daily site walks, inspections, and progress tracking
Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects on track
Maintain quality control across all phases of construction
Participate in client meetings, inspections, and project reporting

The Successful Applicant

7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or K-12 construction
Proven success delivering ground-up projects $20M+
Strong expertise in masonry and concrete construction
In-depth knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and scheduling
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades simultaneously
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera)
Ability to work full-time on-site
