Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will take full ownership of on‑site delivery, reporting to a Senior Superintendent or Project Executive while partnering closely with Project Management.- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on K‑12, education, and municipal projects
- Manage site safety, scheduling, quality control, and subcontractor coordination
- Drive project schedules to meet milestone and completion targets
- Oversee inspections, compliance, and local authority coordination
- Maintain clear communication with project teams and internal leadership
- Champion company processes, technology, and best practices in the field
- Represent the contractor professionally with owners, inspectors, and partners

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience managing construction projects in the business services industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 base
