Warehouse Associate
Overview:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for counting and recording inventory in warehouse and stockroom.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accuracy of inventory count and documentation
- Identify parts, verify part numbers and quantity
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations related to transportation and warehousing
- Occasionally drive company van and box truck
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in inventory, counting, logistics
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of logistics processes, transportation modes, and warehousing operations
- Detail-oriented and accurate in managing orders and shipping documents
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
- High School diploma or equivalent

Pay may range from $20.00 to $23.00 hourly
The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package.
