Accounting Specialist
Join our finance team in Pompano Beach as an Accounting Specialist. We’re looking for a NetSuite-savvy pro to manage our full-cycle AP/AR. If you have 3+ years of experience and thrive in a high-volume, 'get-it-done' environment, we’d love to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Master the AP Flow: Handle 3-way matching of invoices, POs, and receipts. Manage the weekly ACH/Wire run.
- Drive the AR Engine: Issue invoices daily; manage the aging report with a focus on reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- Excel Mastery: Use VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables to reconcile vendor statements and bank feeds.
- The Close: Assist with month-end journal entries and sub-ledger reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience (Construction, Marine, or Logistics background preferred).
- Software: NetSuite (Intermediate/Advanced) and Microsoft Excel.Traits: Comfortable in a "boots on the ground," fast-paced office.
