Job Description
The Asset Management Analyst will report into senior asset management leadership and play a key role in driving portfolio performance through financial analysis, reporting and strategic decision support. This is an excellent opportunity for an Asset Management Analyst who enjoys combining analytical rigour with commercial decision-making.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for income-producing real estate assets
- Analyse monthly, quarterly and annual property performance against budgets and forecasts
- Monitor key portfolio metrics including Net Operating Income, occupancy, leasing activity and capital expenditure performance
- Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes across multiple assets
- Partner with property management and leasing teams to identify value creation opportunities
- Assist with acquisition, disposition and refinancing initiatives through detailed financial analysis
- Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management and investment stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
For the Asset Management Analyst we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline
- Experience in commercial real estate, asset management, investment analysis or financial planning and analysis
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with proven financial modelling capability
- Strong understanding of property-level financial metrics including Net Operating Income, debt service coverage ratios and valuation fundamentals
- Experience analysing budgets, forecasts and operational performance
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
