Responsibilities for a Lead Warehouse Associate include but are not limited to:
- Assign work, monitor team activities, and support daily warehouse operations
- Train associates on equipment use, procedures, and safety compliance standards
- Oversee inventory levels, materials, and supplies to maintain workflow efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and address performance gaps to ensure productivity
Candidates for Lead Warehouse Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- 4 years of warehouse experience required
- Supervisory or leadership experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Pay: $19/hour
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
