Warehouse Associate

We’re looking for a motivated and highly dependable individual to join our fabrication facility in Mesa, AZ as a Warehouse Associate. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in supporting daily production operations. The ideal candidate brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Position Skills:
- Operate machinery to assist in the production process
- Assist in the loading of vinyl fence materials to the production lines
- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Assemble materials as required for pickup or shipping
- Assist with lifting, carrying and moving heavy materials as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment preferred; training provided for the right candidate
- Comfortable working with production equipment and machinery (CNC router, chop saw, etc)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and defect detection
- Able to work independently and stay productive
- Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 60 lbs
- Prior experience operating a forklift is a plus
