Job Description
Our Assistant Project Manager will:
- Assist in managing hospitality construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Support subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract administration
- Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation
- Coordinate with Superintendents and subcontractors to maintain project schedules and site productivity
- Assist with budget tracking, cost reporting, forecasting, and change order management
- Help coordinate materials, deliveries, and logistics for fast-paced hospitality builds
- Maintain organized project logs and ensure timely communication across all stakeholders
- Support problem-solving efforts to keep projects aligned with schedule, quality, and brand standards
- Assist in maintaining compliance with safety requirements and job site protocols

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably within hospitality or interiors projects
- Understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and project documentation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate across project teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Excel, or similar construction management tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
