Job Description- Manage daily onsite operations for ground‑up commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractor activities, scheduling, logistics, and sequencing.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and construction documents.
- Maintain daily reports, progress tracking, and field documentation.
- Communicate consistently with project managers, inspectors, and owners.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and enforce schedule milestones.
- Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout.
- Travel full‑time to active job sites across various states.

The Successful Applicant- 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in ground‑up commercial construction.

- Strong safety mindset and experience enforcing jobsite protocols.
