Job Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Supervising all on-site activities for interior construction projects in Downtown Boston.
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Monitoring project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Communicating effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and reports.
- Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during construction to minimize delays and costs.

The Successful Applicant
The right candidate has the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent.
- Must have Downtown Boston interiors project background.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices in the business services industry.
- Self motivated, able to work independently as well as alongside a team.
- Ability to strategize and manage the client's exposure to Boston markets.
- Able to be successful in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects & teams effectively.
- Ability to work under tight time lines to hit project deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with Excel, Planswift, Procore, On Screen, and/or Bluebeam.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- MA CSL, OSHA certification.
