Job Description
The Successful Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Site Safety, walk throughs, Subcontractor Coordination, Materials, Schedule, 3 week look aheads, Procore Logs, close out, punch list items
- Establishing landlord and tenant relationships for the portfolio
- Working alongside Tenant Construction Managers and Project Managers
- Coordinating with project architects, engineers, vendors
- Utilize necessary technologies

The Successful Applicant
The Successful Assistant Superintendent candidate will have:
- 3-6 years of Site Superintendent experience
- Retail/Commercial/Multifamily project experience
- Soft Skills **great communicator, be able to interact/ communicate with clients**
- A passion for commercial real estate
- Civil Engineering background, contractor or developer
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Blue beam, Procore, P6, BIM/VDC
