About Our Client

Job Description
  • Support the Superintendent in managing daily construction activities on site.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely project execution.
  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and feasibility.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to the Superintendent and project management team.
  • Help resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients and team members.
