About the Role
Skybound Getaways is looking for a motivated Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers with questions, service requests, and general support while helping create a positive experience for every client.
This position is ideal for someone starting their career in customer service who enjoys helping people and working in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Assist clients with service requests and updates
- Provide clear and accurate information about company services and policies
- Maintain organized customer records in internal systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer and digital communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- 100% remote position
