About Our Client

Job Description- - Lead all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade sequencing to maintain schedule and quality.
- Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Coordinate daily work plans, site logistics, and inspections.
- Conduct daily site walks, toolbox talks, and maintain accurate daily reports.
- Work closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve issues, and support change management.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient job sites.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent working for a general contractor.
- Strong background in commercial construction (office, industrial, institutional, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site operations.
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working on Connecticut projects preferred.
