Job Description- Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators to prepare detailed cost estimates for high-end multifamily construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify labor, material, and time requirements.
- Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals and ensuring timely submissions.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, project costs, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address project requirements and expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques to enhance estimating accuracy.
- Support the team in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
