Job Description
  • Collaborate with project managers and senior estimators to prepare detailed cost estimates for high-end multifamily construction projects.
  • Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify labor, material, and time requirements.
  • Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing bid proposals and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of estimates, project costs, and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address project requirements and expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques to enhance estimating accuracy.
  • Support the team in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
