Job Description- Prepare detailed cost estimates for retail and healthcare construction projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
- Source and evaluate quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing bid proposals and presenting them to stakeholders.
- Track project costs and update estimates as needed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all estimates and projects.
