- Lead and manage construction projects from initial planning through final delivery.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and results.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 7-10 years of construction PM experience
- Minimum 5 years at an owner's rep or OPM firm
- Full project lifecycle deal formation, building purchase, budgeting, scheduling
- Large Scale, Fast Paced buildouts required
- Ground up, tenant improvements, and design build experience provided
- Industrial and Commercial Experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the property industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $190,000 annually.
