Job Description
  • The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Lead and manage construction projects from initial planning through final delivery.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and results.

The Successful Applicant
  • The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
  • 7-10 years of construction PM experience
  • Minimum 5 years at an owner's rep or OPM firm
  • Full project lifecycle deal formation, building purchase, budgeting, scheduling
  • Large Scale, Fast Paced buildouts required
  • Ground up, tenant improvements, and design build experience provided
  • Industrial and Commercial Experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the property industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
