Job Description- Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required by leadership.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee office supply inventory and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for company functions.
