About Us

Lyv is the infrastructure powering the next generation of wellness businesses.

We’re building a platform that enables wellness providers to offer clinical services they currently can’t provide on their own, including blood testing, prescriptions, and peptides, all supported by a clinical team.

The Role

We’re looking for an exceptionally organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our co-founders (CEO and COO).

At its core, this is a classic EA role—managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and logistics—but in a fast-moving startup environment where things change quickly and no two days look the same.

You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly, so our founders can focus on scaling Lyv. You will get a front-row seat to what it’s like to run a business and direct mentorship from the founders.

If you come from a non-traditional background, are highly organized, and want to accelerate your career, this is for you. If you’re looking for a cushy 9-5 remote work situation, we’ll be upfront about it, this is not it.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage busy calendars across both founders
  • Coordinate meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders
  • Plan and manage travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries)
  • Organize team offsites and events
  • Help manage day-to-day office operations
  • Jump in on a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that support the founders

Requirements

Who You Are
  • Highly, highly organized — you live by your calendar, color-code everything, and genuinely enjoy creating order. If you’re reading this in detail, write in your application what’s the most organized thing about you.
  • Detail-obsessed — you catch things others miss
  • A doer — you’re willing to roll up your sleeves and hustle when needed
  • Reliable and responsive — people trust you to get things done, no matter what
  • Comfortable with ambiguity — you can operate in a fast-paced, sometimes messy startup environment
  • Some experience — 1–3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar coordinator/administrative role
  • From any background — we care much more about how you work than where you’ve worked or where you went to college if at all
  • Ambitious — you’re excited about the opportunity to grow into a different role over time
Logistics
  • Location: New York City
  • Schedule: Hybrid (3–4 days in-office, remainder remote)
