Senior Project Manager
Seeking an experienced Project Manager, who will serve as the primary driver for capital growth and facility enhancements within a chemical storage terminal. This role balances high-level strategic planning with "on-the-ground" construction oversight, ensuring complex infrastructure projects are delivered safely and on budget.

responsibilities:
- Manages the full 'cradle-to-grave' process -- planning, engineering, and construction
- Modernizes existing facilities and integrates new technical infrastructure to maximize plant performance and operational efficiency
- Acts as the final authority on the floor to ensure all technical installations meet rigorous safety standards and engineering specifications
- Provides meticulous control over project costs, managing a diverse portfolio of annual operating capital and large-scale expansion budgets
- Directs the work of external vendors and technical teams, providing the expert guidance necessary to navigate the dynamic environment of a chemical facility
