Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets
Execute and adjust production schedules based on operational constraints
Directly manage, coach, and develop production employees across multiple shifts
Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, SOPs, and batch documentation requirements
Lead or support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to improve throughput and reliability
Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
7-10 years of manufacturing experience in regulated environments (chemical, semiconductor, GMP, or similar)
Background as a Production Supervisor ready to step into a manager role or an early-career Production Manager
Experience leading front-line production teams in a batch manufacturing setting
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Exposure to Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives
