Assist with coordinating travel plans and booking arrangements based on client needsResearch destinations, options, and pricing to support client requests
Communicate with clients and team members to gather and confirm details
Track updates, monitor outstanding items, and follow up as needed

Review travel details to ensure accuracy and completeness
Support a smooth and positive client experience from inquiry to confirmation
