Administrative Support Clerk

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Support Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will perform various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include managing records, coordinating schedules, assisting with payroll and inventory, and supporting the management team with general office duties.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and has strong communication skills, contributing to a well-organized and productive work environment.

This is a WFH position. However, there is potential for a hybrid WFO/WFH schedule at a later date.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, schedules, and other administrative documents.
  • Assist in processing payroll, invoices, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate internal communications and support the management team with various clerical tasks.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and place orders for office and restaurant supplies as needed.
  • Support the preparation of reports and documentation for management review.
  • Greet and assist visitors or vendors, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work standard business hours with occasional additional hours as needed.
