Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Tennessee Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting required. New graduates accepted only if they have SNF clinical experience (preferred).
- Experience with point-of-service documentation and maintaining productivity expectations (88% productivity referenced by client) is preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and cover shifts as needed within the facility; flexibility is required by the client.
- Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift: Days.
- Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts; flexible schedule may be required when needed.
- COVID policy: Vaccination is not required; a signed acknowledgement of risk is required if not vaccinated.
- Floating: Candidate must be willing to float to other facilities if required by the client.
