Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Vienna, VA will be responsible for:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing ground‑up, wood‑frame multifamily projects valued at $25M+
- Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in weekly site visits while remaining primarily office‑based
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation in Procore
- Track project progress to ensure schedule, quality, and safety standards are met
- Support close‑out activities including punch lists and turnover documentation

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - Vienna, VA should have:
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer with a GC
- Ground‑up multifamily construction experience required
- Wood‑frame construction experience required
- Experience working on projects valued at $25M+ preferred
- Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software
