Partnerships between Adecco and our local Customers always give great benefits! While working as a QA Trainer for Adecco at our local Customer in Durham, you will earn $19.50/hour and receive a weekly paycheck.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Conduct talent assessments within the QA function to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Facilitate training sessions using one-on-one coaching, workshops, job shadowing, and mentoring to improve employee performance
- Perform periodic audits, document errors or performance gaps, and communicate findings to ensure quality standards are met
- Support onboarding of temporary QA staff and collaborate with team members to improve training methods and processes while following ISO and company policies

Day shift: 6.45am to 6.45pm
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant QA or training experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, intranet systems, and management information systems (MIS)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and perform basic math calculations
- Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills; ability to stand for 12-hour shifts (6:45am–6:45pm) and lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, rotating schedule 2,2,3.

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
